**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve Bubble Tea, Coffee, Tea, and Mocktails with consistency and high quality.
- Ensure beverages are presented attractively and according to customer preferences.
- **Food Preparation**:

- Prepare and serve burgers, pasta, sandwiches, and other menu items following standard recipes and quality standards.
- Cook and assemble food items to meet customers’ specifications.
- **Desserts and Bakery Items**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of fresh bakery items and desserts (cakes, pastries, cookies, etc.).
- Ensure all items are properly stored and presented.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and answering questions about the menu.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints in a calm, courteous, and efficient manner.
- **Store Operations**:

- Oversee and manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure store cleanliness and organization by following sanitation guidelines and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies to maintain efficient operations.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and payments accurately.
- Ensure correct change is given and all transactions are processed promptly.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff when necessary.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring proper food safety practices are adhered to.
- Maintain hygiene standards in food preparation and in the store.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of preparing bubble tea, coffee, tea, mocktails, burgers, pasta, and desserts is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing store needs.

**Physical Requirements**:
