**Junior Secretary**

**Responsibilities**
- Make travel arrangements (Ticket, hotel, taxi booking / reservations).
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Invoice coordination and submission.
- Document expenses and hand in reports.
- Expenses submission for directors.
- Prepare and maintain documentation.
- Prepare and submit employee’s timesheet.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Jr. Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Any graduate with minimum 2 years experience required.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
