About the Role:

* We are hiring a Junior Accountant / Corporate Services Associate to join our professional team at a reputed Company Secretary firm in Bengaluru.

The role focuses on day-to-day accounting, GST, Income Tax, and corporate compliance support.

*Candidates with 1 to 5 years of accounting experience in a firm or office Role are preferred.

*Applicants residing near Bengaluru (JP Nagar or surrounding areas) will be given priority due to travel convenience.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / Pursuing CA / CS / CMA
  • Experience: 1-5 years (preferably 6–9 months of accounting experience in a firm or office )
  • Location: Must be based near Bengaluru (JP Nagar area preferred)
  • Skills:
  • Basic accounting and Tally knowledge
  • Understanding of GST, TDS & ROC procedures
  • Good in MS Excel and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Company Incorporation & basic ROC documentation
  • Maintain day-to-day accounts and finance records
  • Assist in GST, Income Tax, and TDS filings
  • Support in ROC filings, annual returns, and secretarial compliance
  • Prepare and manage invoices, ledgers, and MIS reports
  • Support internal and statutory audits
  • Handle Corporate Law, FEMA, and SEBI documentation
  • Maintain accurate office records and compliance reports

Salary & Benefits:

  • As per Industrial Standards LPA (depending on experience and performance)
