**Job Title: Inside Sales Representative**
**Location**:Mumbai**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition and follow-up.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and other teams to align sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to management.
