Job Opening: Junior Telesales (Telecaller) Executive
Location: Wakad, Pune
Vacancy: 01
Type: Full-time / On-site

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products/services.
- Maintain and update customer databases, call records, and lead sheets.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads generated by the sales team.
- Coordinate with internal teams for information sharing and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and summaries using MS Office tools.
- Maintain a professional tone and build positive relationships with clients.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Basic Graduation in any stream (Preferred Engineer)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work with data and update records accurately.
- Organized, punctual, and able to work with mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Telesales OR Telemarketing: 1 year (required)
- Lead generation: 1 year (required)

**Location**:

- Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra (required)
