**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for supporting the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the expansion of our customer base. This role requires an individual with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as a drive to help achieve the company’s revenue and business development goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and presenting relevant products or services.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential markets and industry trends, and provide insights to the team for strategic decision-making.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Support the sales team by coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring all sales materials are up to date.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Track and manage sales leads, updating CRM software regularly to ensure the accurate reporting of sales activity.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Engage in the negotiation process and work toward closing sales in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and foster new business relationships.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Experience with B2C sales or industry-specific knowledge.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of the company’s industry and products/services.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Number of new leads generated.
- Conversion rate from lead to client.
- Total sales revenue generated.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Timeliness in achieving sales targets and goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
