Job Title: Executive - Admissions

Location: Kaithapoyil, Kozhikode

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist prospective students and parents with inquiries related to the admissions process.

Provide detailed information about academic programs, courses, and admission requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, entrance tests, and other admission-related activities.

Maintain accurate records of applicants and their progress throughout the admissions process.

Help with organizing and managing orientation sessions for new students.

Assist in preparing reports related to admissions statistics and data.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination during the admissions process.

Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining files, updating databases, and preparing communication materials.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

No prior experience required, but any exposure to customer service or administrative roles is a plus.

**Salary**:
Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on qualifications and performance.
