Job Overview:
As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for representing the company or organization in various locations outside the office. Your primary role is to engage with clients, customers, or stakeholders directly in the field to promote products or services, gather information, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, customers, or stakeholders to discuss products or services.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions or information as needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Promote and sell products or services to potential customers in designated areas.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- **Market Research**:

- Gather information on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Report market insights and feedback to the relevant departments within the organization.
- Identify opportunities for product or service improvement based on field observations.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of field visits, sales, and client interactions.
- Submit regular reports on field activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.
- **Customer Support**:

- Act as a point of contact for customers and provide ongoing support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or concerns promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication.
- **Adherence to Policies and Procedures**:

- Follow company policies and procedures related to field operations.
- Comply with ethical standards and guidelines while representing the organization.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Work towards achieving or exceeding predefined sales and performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and market share in the assigned territory.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
