**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Handle Giftlaya's social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging and creative content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) to promote our services and products.
- Plan and execute content calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- **SEO-Friendly Content Writing**:

- Write blog posts, captions, and descriptions optimized for search engines to improve organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research to align content with SEO goals.
- **Engagement & Community Building**:

- Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages to build a loyal community.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to increase reach.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track and report the performance of social media campaigns and posts.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics data.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Creativity in developing eye-catching content.
- Ability to write engaging and SEO-friendly content.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop (preferred).
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

**Education & Experience**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Prior experience or internships in social media management (preferred).
