We are looking for a passionate and creative **Social Media Intern** to join the Giftlaya team. As a Social Media Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging posts for social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to recommend content ideas and strategies.
- Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns and contests.
- Track analytics and prepare reports on post performance and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team for visual content like banners, reels, and stories.
- Support influencer outreach, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and platform updates.

**Requirements**:

- Strong passion for social media, content creation, and marketing.
- Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with Canva, basic editing tools, or social media scheduling tools is a plus.
- Any background (graduate or undergraduate) welcome, preference for marketing, media, or communication students.
