Role Overview

As a Social Media, Graphic Designer & SEO Intern, you will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create engaging content, design visually appealing graphics, and optimize online presence through SEO strategies. This internship offers practical training to develop skills in social media management, graphic design, and SEO.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media**:

- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages under supervision.
- Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Design graphics for social media posts, website banners, marketing materials, and client projects.
- Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and brand-consistent designs.
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback.
- **SEO**:

- Support SEO efforts by conducting keyword research and optimizing website content.
- Assist in creating SEO-friendly blogs, meta descriptions, and backlink strategies.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics or similar.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for campaigns.

What You Will Learn

- SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.

**Requirements**:

- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program (preferably in Marketing, Graphic Design, IT, or related fields).
- Strong interest in social media, graphic design, and SEO.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts or willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Bangla is a plus).
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
