We seek a talented and creative Social Media Graphics Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will create visually appealing and engaging graphics for our various social media platforms. Your primary focus will be on designing eye-catching visuals that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 0 to 2 years of experience looking to build a strong foundation in graphic design and gain hands-on experience in the world of social media marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design compelling graphics and visuals for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines to ensure cohesive and impactful designs.
- Create engaging social media posts, banners, infographics, and other visual assets that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and lead generation.
- Adapt and optimize designs for various social media platforms and ad formats while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Assist in developing and refining design templates, style guides, and brand assets to streamline the design process and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with copywriters, content creators, and marketing managers to deliver visually appealing designs that effectively communicate key messages and evoke desired emotions.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and ability to create visually appealing graphics for social media platforms.

Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and composition principles.

Knowledge of social media platforms, their specific design requirements, and best practices for optimizing visuals for each platform.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently while adhering to brand guidelines.

Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
