Welcome to Cafe Hinge, located on the lively Mansouri Mall Road, now open in Kiran Vihar, Delhi We are a premium Italian café that offers more than just great food and drinks—we’re a hub of flavors, a cozy corner for conversations, and a place where memories are brewed with every cup of coffee.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Development**: Design and prepare a seasonal menu featuring authentic Italian dishes, including pasta, sauces, meats, and desserts.
- **Food Preparation**: Oversee food preparation, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines.
- **Ingredient Sourcing**: Select and procure fresh, high-quality ingredients, maintaining relationships with local suppliers and markets.
- **Kitchen Management**: Supervise kitchen staff, including line cooks and assistants, ensuring a smooth workflow and proper training.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations, including food storage and sanitation practices.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with guests when appropriate, providing insights about dishes and receiving feedback.
- **Creativity**: Experiment with new recipes and cooking techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
