**Job Description**:

- Develop and Deliver Training Programs.
- Create comprehensive training programs and materials for the required skillsets to address the needs of different learner levels.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for small and large groups.
- Utilize various teaching methodologies, multimedia resources, and hands-on exercises to enhance the learning experience.
- Deliver process training to new hire batches as per the client requirements which may also include support during On Job Training, production support as an SME.
- Design assessments to evaluate the participants' understanding and knowledge retention.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to learners to support their learning journey.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in the technical domains covered and incorporate them into the training material.
- Continuously learn and explore new technology topics, advancements, and industry trends to extend training offerings and ensure relevancy.
- Gather feedback from learners and use it to improve training content and delivery methods.
- Work with other departments to gather TNA/TNI and close knowledge gaps with the help of sessions and triages.
- Collaborate with the Capability Build Team and relevant stakeholders to align training objectives with organizational goals.-

Qualifications:

- 100% Voice- EST (US Time Zone)- CCNA certification- 24- BPO experience in Telecom, Networking training.- Order Management(Comms)
- CCNA Certification is mandatory, CCNP will be added advantage.
- Strong CCNA level knowledge with CCNP level added advantage.
- Proven experience in designing & delivering networking training program.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Hand-on is must on various networking devices - Routers, Switch, Firewall, WLC.
- Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills.
- Should be able to create documentation for technical topics with various MS-office tools.
- Ability to adapt training programs to different learning styles and skill levels.
