Job Title Process Trainer BPO SectorLocation Pune Onsite Experience 3 years in BPO Process Training any domain We are looking for a Process Trainer with strong experience in BPO training to join our team in Pune The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting new hire training refresher sessions and performance coaching to ensure process adherence and efficiency Key Responsibilities Deliver process training to new hires and existing employees ensuring they meet operational and client standards Develop update and maintain training materials SOPs and process guidelines Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions to improve team performance Assess trainees performance through tests role-plays and live call monitoring Work closely with Operations Quality and HR teams to identify training needs Conduct refresher training and coaching sessions to improve overall efficiency Ensure compliance with process guidelines SLAs and customer service standards Track training effectiveness through performance analysis and feedback Required Skills Qualifications 4 years of experience as a Process Trainer in the BPO sector Strong expertise in customer service voice non-voice processes and client interaction Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to manage large batches and different learning styles effectively Proficiency in LMS PowerPoint and other training tools Experience in handling multiple processes domains in a BPO environment Additional Details Work Mode Onsite Pune Compensation based on experience and skills
