Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Travel Training Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, enhancing process knowledge and performance, and ensuring the continuous development of new hires and existing staff.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Develop and execute customized training programs to meet business needs, ensuring smooth facilitation and timely delivery.">
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.">
  • Mentor trainees during on-the-job training/production to ensure skill application and improvement.">
  • Provide regular training progress updates and pending reports to the operations team.">
  • Update training content periodically to reflect changes in processes or products.">
  • Participate in internal and external calibrations to align training outcomes with business expectations.">
  • Identify training needs and conduct refresher/up-skilling sessions accordingly.">
">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • Strong command over English – both written and verbal communication.">
  • Prior experience in handling travel-related training (mandatory).">
  • Excellent customer/client handling skills with an understanding of travel-related processes.">
  • Flexibility to work in all shifts as per business requirements.">
  • Experience in training delivery – product, process, soft skills, or upskilling.">
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in process training (line trainer experience will also be considered).">

  • Candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Chennai/Pune.">
  • Exposure to domestic travel processes is highly preferred.">
  • Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.">
