**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Creative & design development department**
- **Seasonal Developments (Brand Collections)**
- Research global fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and consumer preferences.
- Create innovative collections aligned with the brand identity and seasonal themes.
- Develop mood boards, design sketches (CADs) and detailed technical drawings.
- Select fabrics, trims, and accessories that complement the designs.
- **Client Design Developments**
- Develop design sketches (CADs) and detailed technical drawings as per the client or the Stylist/sales Team Request & Coordinate with the production team for the design output.
- Select Needed fabrics, trims, and accessories that complement the designs.

**2. Product development & production**
- Prepare accurate detail **Tech packs** for sample development.
- Coordinate with pattern makers, sampling units and production teams to ensure design execution.
- Oversee garment fittings and make necessary corrections for perfect fit & finish.
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end process, maintaining timelines for sample approvals and final production.

**3. Merchandising & marketing collaboration**
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to assign design codes, specifications, and barcodes to stock, ensuring smooth store operations.
- Provide creative input for campaigns, catalogues, and fashion photo shoots.
- Participate in exhibitions, fashion shows, and client presentations.

**4. Quality & vendor management**
- Liaise with fabric suppliers and manufacturers for sourcing materials.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained from sampling to bulk production.
- Troubleshoot production-related design issues.

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**
- Degree/Diploma in **Fashion Design / Textile Design / Apparel Design**.
- Minimum of **2 years of professional experience** as a Fashion Designer.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a strong **Portfolio**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop/Corel draw**, or equivalent software.
- Excellent understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and finishing.
- Strong sense of fashion trends, creativity, and detailing.
- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
- One should always be a team player, and focus on solving problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- **MONTHLY PAY: 30-35K**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
