**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and mentor students in fashion design concepts, including pattern making, garment construction, embroidery, and stitching.
- Provide instruction on fashion illustration and digital design using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Guide students through the process of creating fashion collections, from concept development to finished garments.
- Offer constructive feedback on students’ work to help them improve their designs and portfolios.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends, materials, and techniques to provide relevant and up-to-date instruction.
- Assist in organizing fashion shows, design competitions, and other fashion-related events or workshops.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop and update the fashion design curriculum.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in fashion design techniques, including pattern making, garment construction, embroidery, and stitching.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for digital fashion design.
- A keen eye for detail, design trends, color theory, and fabric selection.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to explore their creative potential.
- Adaptability, patience, and a continuous desire to grow and learn within the fashion industry.

**Preferred**:

- Previous teaching or training experience (internships or freelance teaching experience is acceptable).
- A portfolio showcasing your fashion design projects, including garment design and digital illustrations.
