Wish Future Paths, a leading digital marketing company, is looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online content, and driving engagement across various digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy**: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.

**Social Media Management**: Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.

**SEO Optimization**: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance search engine rankings.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

**Paid Advertising**: Coordinate and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels. Monitor budget allocation and optimize for maximum ROI.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure the company's digital marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

**Experience**: Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong understanding of online marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

**Creativity**: A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns and content.

**Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation of ideas.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry, staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
