**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services.
- Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective clients.
- Answer any questions or concerns that potential customers may have.
- Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments with our sales team.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases or appointments.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
