**Job Title: Website Sales Specialist (USA Shift)**

**Location: Durgapur**

**Work From Office**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure client requirements are met.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the web design/development industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of web technologies and digital marketing.
- Ability to work in the USA time zone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
