**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - Bengali Voice Process

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Location**:Benachity, Durgapur**
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Week Off)
**Education Required**: Minimum 10th Pass

**Zambetek Solution Private Limited** looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our **Voice Support Team** for the **Bengali language process**. As a Customer Support Executive, you will handle outbound calls to fill survey forms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound customer calls in **Bengali language**.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive tone during conversations.
- Record call details, update customer records, and follow call scripts as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to the team leader or relevant department.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Bengali** (spoken)
- **Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.**:

- Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational weekly offs.
