**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Zonal Manager - IDA Sales (West)** to lead our sales efforts in the **West Zone**, based out of **Mumbai**. This role focuses on the **Interior Designer and Architect (IDA)** segment and requires someone with a strong understanding of the design world.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales and business development within the IDA segment across the West Zone.
- Build and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, HNIs, and PMCs.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closure and after-sales support.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client data and pipeline tracking using CRM software.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and execution teams.
- Represent ORVI at design events, exhibitions, and key industry forums.

**Preferred Profile**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is **strongly preferred**.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales or business development, especially in luxury surfaces, home décor, or design-led products.
- Strong existing network among top architects, interior designers, and PMCs in the region.
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms for lead management, client follow-up, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong planning, organization, and execution abilities.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.

**Package**

As per industry standards plus incentives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
