**Job Overview**

As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals over the phone.

**Duties**
- **Role: B2B Sales and Business Development**
- Engage, Interface and Support the Customer, Field Sales Team and the Company

Fill the Gaps to achieve the Targeted Objectives.
- Quick Backend Management, Resolution of Customer Requirements and Field Sales

Team queries.
- Escalate (wherevernecessary)and Ensure Quick Responses.
- Lead Generation and Developing the Lead to a Prospect.
- Ensure Maximum Share of Mind and Business for Company and its Product Range.
- Part of the Business Development Team - Designated Customers, BDE(s) and/or) Territory

**Requirements:B2B Industrial Sales**
- Education: B.Sc/Diploma (Plastics/Polymer/Chemicals) or any suitable Graduate.
- Female or Male
- Experience: 2-3 Years in B2B Industrial Customer Support.
- Age Criteria: 22-30 years. Bachelors Preferred.
- Language Proficiency: English, Hindi and One Local Language Preferable.
- CTC: Rs. 2.4-3.0 Lakhs Per Annum.
- Competencies:

- Good Verbal and Written Communication
- Excellent Interpersonal Relationship
- Customer Relationship Management
- Proactive, Inquisitive and Attention to Detail
- Team Player.
- Willingness to Learn and Develop the Business.
- Computer Proficiency and CRM Operation.
