Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Preparation: Searching for relevant opportunities, Gather, review, and prepare all necessary documentation and information required for tender submissions.

2. Submission Management: Ensure that all tenders are submitted in compliance with deadlines and specifications.

3. Documentation: Maintain and organize tender files, including contracts, proposals, and supporting documents.

4. Compliance: Ensure all submissions meet the regulatory and compliance standards specific to each tender.

5. Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external parties to gather required information and clarify tender requirements.

6. Monitoring: Track and manage the status of all tenders and follow up as needed to address any issues or additional requirements.

What We're Looking For:

- **Experience**: 0-1 year of practical experience in tender filing and management.
- **Skills**: Exceptional organizational and documentation abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of the tender process, encompassing preparation, submission, and adherence to compliance standards.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Proficiency**: Competent in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
