**Job Location**: Surat

**Salary**: 20,000 - 30,000 PM

**Job Purpose**:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Tender Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from various sources (Online platforms, client requests, public notices, Government & Semi Government, etc.)
- Review tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria.
- Technical and commercial requirement evaluation of tender papers and checks the eligibility criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of all tender documents and submissions.
- Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization’s requirements.
- Track and manage tender deadlines, ensuring timely submissions.
- Follow up tender registration & Payments in various Govt. Department.
- Identify potential risks associated with tender submissions and propose mitigation strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Driving sales and business opportunities in the form of government bids and tenders through GeM/N procurement Portal.
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, legal, finance, and technical teams, to gather required information and documentation.
- Ensure that all tender submissions adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and guidelines.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and government agencies as necessary to clarify tender requirements and address queries.
- Have to travel in the field for such process.
- Review and proofread tender documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Generate reports on tender activities, outcomes, and performance metrics as required.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of tendering processes and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of industry-specific tendering regulations and standards is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Handling GeM Portal, N procurement Portal.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in tender management or a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
