Banquet Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Banquet Manager in overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all details are executed flawlessly.
- Supervise and train banquet staff, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring all supplies and equipment are available for events.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain quality control and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management of banquet operations.
- Implement and uphold safety and sanitation standards in all banquet areas.
- Prepare reports on event performance and guest feedback to enhance future operations.
**Qualifications**:
- 4-5 years of experience in banquet or event operations, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
