Training experience in Aptitude skills.

Responsible for helping individuals improve their skills and abilities in various areas such as **logical reasoning**, numerical ability, verbal ability, critical thinking, **Analytical reasoning**, Coding and decoding, Series and sequences, Blood relation, Direction and distance, Analogies, and Classification.

Identifying areas of weakness: The aptitude trainer will assess students' abilities and identify areas where they need improvement. This may involve conducting assessments, analyzing test results, and conducting interviews with students' to better understand their strengths and weaknesses.

Creating customized learning plans: Based on the results of their assessments, the aptitude trainer will develop individualized learning plans for each student. These plans will outline specific goals and strategies to help students' improve their abilities in the areas where they are weakest.

Providing feedback and support: The aptitude trainer will provide regular feedback to students' on their progress and offer support and guidance as needed. They may also provide additional resources or refer students' to other professionals if necessary.

Work from Office only

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
