**Job Description: Freelance Trainers for Soft Skills, Aptitude, and Technical (BTech) Modules**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct high-quality training sessions in **Soft Skills**, **Aptitude**, or **Technical topics** aligned with the company’s goals.
- Engage students with interactive and practical approaches to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Pre-Training Requirements**:

- Submit a **detailed Table of Content (TOC)** for each assigned training module to Gryphon Academy before the training begins.
- Follow the submitted TOC rigorously throughout the training program.
- **Evaluation and Reporting**:

- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of students to measure their progress and understanding.
- Provide detailed feedback and reports on student performance as per the company’s standards.
- **Compliance with Processes**:

- Adhere to all company processes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
- Maintain clear communication with Gryphon Academy’s team regarding schedules, updates, and feedback.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of **8 years of experience** as a trainer or in the respective domain.
- **Subject Matter Expertise** in the relevant field is mandatory.
- For **Technical Trainers**: Practical project experience in the industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with training methodologies and tools to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
