**Responsibilities**
- Assist farmers in planning and managing crop production including planting schedules.
- Optimize cultivation practices for improved yield and enhanced efficiency.
- Identify the crop diseases and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Collect and analyze data related to crop performance, environmental conditions, and other relevant factors.
- Engage with farmers to understand the issues and provide timely support.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for farmers to educate them on best agronomic practices.

- Language Skills: Proficiency in a regional language is essential.
- Person should be familiar with the city and have their own means of commute.
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (PGDM, MBA Marketing, B.Sc. in Agriculture with a focus on Agronomy, Bachelor of Agriculture, BBA in agriculture Management
- MBA Fresher, PGDM Fresher
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
