
Agri Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective farmers, agri-input dealers, and distributors.
- Explain and promote agricultural products (Marine Max, Algamin, Humic Acid, Amino Acids, etc.).
- Generate leads and follow up for sales conversion.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Schedule appointments for field executives if required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Collect feedback from customers and provide market insights to the sales and marketing team.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve any product-related queries.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (preferred in Agriculture, Agri-business, or related fields).
- Good spoken skills in Tamil (or local language) and basic English.
- Strong sales and convincing ability.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Passion for agriculture and farmer welfare.
Key Skills:
- Tele-calling and customer handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of agricultural products and practices (preferred)
