**YOUR TEAM**

You’ll work closely with the restaurant managers and service staff, ensuring smooth guest flow and seamless coordination. You’ll inspire your team with your positivity, professionalism, and dedication to excellent service.

**WHO YOU WILL REPORT TO**

You’ll report directly to the Restaurant Manager, collaborating to ensure every guest feels at home and every shift runs smoothly.

**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**
- Greeting Guests: Offering a warm welcome and ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they step in.
- Managing Seating Arrangements: Coordinating seating plans to optimize guest comfort and efficiency during busy times.
- Handling Waitlists: Keeping track of reservations and walk-ins, updating guests about waiting times, and managing expectations with a smile.
- CRM Management: Maintaining accurate guest records, noting preferences and feedback to enhance personalized service and loyalty initiatives.
- Team Coordination: Ensuring smooth communication between the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Creating Memorable First Impressions: Remembering frequent visitors, personalizing interactions, and setting a friendly, approachable tone.
- Safety &Cleanliness: Maintaining the cleanliness of the entrance area and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
