**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a well-presented, customer-focused **Hostess cum Waitress** to join our team. The role combines responsibilities of welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, along with serving food and beverages to provide an excellent dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**As a Hostess**:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure seamless guest service.
- Keep the reception/hostess desk clean and organized.

**As a Waitress**:

- Present menus, take orders accurately, and upsell menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and as per service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back during meals and addressing concerns.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Handle billing and payments as required.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a hostess, waitress, or in customer service (hospitality preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Desired Qualities**:

- Positive attitude and team spirit.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Problem-solving and conflict-handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of POS and reservation systems (preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
