Client Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Client Communication:

- Respond to client queries via messages and calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain excellent communication to resolve client concerns effectively.

2. Performance Reporting:

- Prepare and upload daily performance sheets for client updates and transparency.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.

3. Onboarding Assistance:

- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all formalities are completed seamlessly.
- Provide necessary support and documentation during onboarding.

**Requirements**:
Education: BBA or MBA preferred.

Languages: Excellent command over English and Hindi (spoken and written).

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
