**Job Overview**
Recruiting in TRT is a contact sport, where without contact, quality talent acquisition is not possible. At TRT, we work under a constant state of Code RED (Recruiting Every Day), the process of recruiting is never finished as we always looking for the best, efficient talent in the market.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Monitor Job Portals**:Ensure that job advertisements posted on various portals are actively receiving applicants. If not, promptly inform the Team Lead (TL), Lead Recruiter, or designated personnel.
- **Proactive Recruitment**:Take a proactive approach to suggest strategies for attracting more applicants, such as refining job descriptions, enhancing job advertisements, or exploring new recruitment channels.
- **Applicant Assessment**:Utilize role requirements and job descriptions to assess applicants' qualifications, skills, and suitability for the position. Provide insightful feedback to hiring managers and team members to support decision-making processes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment administration or a similar role.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to identify and implement recruitment improvement initiatives.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
