**Position Summary**
As a Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires joining **_arrivia_**. You will be responsible for managing the entire onboarding process, from collecting necessary documents to providing ongoing support. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
**Responsibilities**
- Gather and process required documentation, including IDs, contracts, and employment verification forms.
- Manage and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines and ensure timely onboarding.
- Create and send personalized communication materials regarding company information, position details, work schedules, and key policies.
- Coordinate background checks and reference checks as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR team to process referrals and facilitate recruiting events.
- Address new hire inquiries related to contracts, payroll, and benefits.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to new hires throughout their onboarding period.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of onboarding processes and procedures.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in recruiting or onboarding roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
