**Role: Recruitment & Admin ExecutiveOverview**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**:
- Draft and post job advertisements on **job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms**.
- Schedule and coordinate **personal/virtual interviews** with hiring managers.
- Manage the **onboarding process** for new hires, including document verification and orientation.
- Build and maintain a **talent pool** by engaging in professional networks and recruitment channels.
**2. Payroll & Attendance Management**:
- Maintain **monthly attendance records** and leave tracking.
- Calculate salaries, deductions, and benefits using **company software**.
- Prepare **final payable salary sheets** and coordinate with the accounts team for disbursement.
**3. Administrative Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update the **company’s asset register** (laptops, office supplies, etc.).
- Assist in **general office administration** tasks, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with **HR policies and labor laws**.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- 2+ years of experience in **recruitment, HR operations, or administration**.
- Strong knowledge of **job portals, salary structures, and HR software**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel and payroll calculations**.
- Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**.
- Ability to multitask and handle recruitment for **multiple locations (Mumbai & Delhi)**.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
