**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our range of plastic products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to reach target audiences.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
- Plan and execute participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate reports for management.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the plastic industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging marketing content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the plastic industry or related sectors is a plus.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
