Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
Provide customers with information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales and customer retention.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma: additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
