Field Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Market Research & Lead Generation:Visit different locations to identify and gather details of hotels, restaurants, and cafés (HoReCa).Collect information such as owner/manager details, business size, key decision makers, and procurement needs.Maintain an updated database of potential clients.
Sales & Business Development:
- Pitch and promote company products/services to HoReCa businesses.
- Develop relationships with owners/managers and understand their requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet sales targets.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Provide daily/weekly reports on market visits, client feedback, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely deliveries and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Key Requirements:
- Experience: 1-5 years in field sales, preferably in the FMCG, food & beverage, or related industry.
- Education: Graduate (preferred) or equivalent experience.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and market research abilities.
- Must-Have: A smartphone, willingness to travel extensively, and local area knowledge.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
