**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Experience Excellence**: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and a personal touch.
- **Customer Support**: Quickly respond to guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide clear, accurate information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our rental staff to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
- **Problem Solving**: Maintain a calm, empathetic demeanor while addressing guests' needs and providing solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in **English** (both written and spoken)
- Prior **customer service** experience is a plus
- Enthusiastic about delivering **exceptional guest service**:

- Comfortable using **basic computer tools** and virtual communication platforms

**Shift Timings**:

- **Day Shift**: 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM
- **Night Shifts**: 06:30 PM - 04:30 AM | 09:30 PM - 06:30 AM
- **6 Days a Week** with a weekly off scheduled on weekdays
