**Overview**:Responsible for being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services

**Scope of Work**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed-upon specifications
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide data for improvement in product development and service delivery
- Maintain detailed customer records and account information, along with maintaining & sharing relevant documentation and supporting with accounts reconciliation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage sampling process & sample store
- Troubleshooting & suggestive actions, in coordination with Operations Manager

**Experience**:Minimum 2 years

**Industry**:Manufacturing

**Qualifications**:Diploma / UG level
