The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, quality standards, and timely delivery of products. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day production activities.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met on time.
- Supervise shop floor operations and manage manpower allocation.
- Monitor raw material availability and communicate requirements to procurement.
- Maintain production logs, records, and reports accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Work closely with Quality Control/Assurance teams to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
- Train and guide workers and machine operators for optimized performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure mínimal equipment downtime.

- Familiarity with safety and regulatory guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Office

**Educational Qualification**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree required
- Certification in Production or Operations Management is an advantage
- Pharmaceuticals backround will most prefrable.

**Experience**:

- 1-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (depending on seniority)

**Working Conditions**:

- Based in a factory/plant setting
- Shift work may be required
- Use of safety gear and adherence to standard operating procedures is mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
