Urgent Require E- commerce Executive -India Mart
**Website Management**
- Maintain and update product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Ensure the e-commerce site is user-friendly, functional, and regularly optimized.

**2. Product Catalog Management**
- Upload and manage inventory on the website and third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
- Ensure accuracy in product information, categories, and availability.

**3. Order Processing and Fulfillment**
- Monitor and process customer orders.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment and delivery.

**4. Digital Marketing Coordination**
- Work with marketing teams to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.

**5. Customer Service Support**
- Respond to customer queries and resolve complaints or issues related to orders, returns, and refunds.
- Ensure a smooth post-purchase experience to improve customer satisfaction.

**6. Sales and Performance Tracking**
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales and traffic reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

**7. Marketplace Management**
- Handle product listings, promotions, and performance on online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).
- Ensure compliance with each platform’s guidelines and policies.

**8. Content and Visual Merchandising**
- Coordinate with design teams to create banners, product visuals, and promotional content.
- Ensure on-site content aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.

**9. Promotions and Campaign Execution**
- Implement and manage discounts, coupons, and sales campaigns.
- Track effectiveness of promotions and suggest improvements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
