The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online store to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and improve overall store performance. This role involves overseeing product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and developing strategies to boost conversion rates. The E-Commerce Executive will also manage digital marketing campaigns, particularly on Meta Ads, and analyze performance metrics to achieve business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, including website navigation, checkout processes, and payment gateways.
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and sales.Develop and execute Meta Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the Shopify store.
- Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, audiences, and budgets to maximize ROI.
- Analyze ad performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve business goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing returns and refunds.
- Analyzemeta ads data, traffic, and ad performance to make informed decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to management.

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
- Shopify Management: 1 year (preferred)
