**We will see anybody from aviation ,hotel or advertizing industry.Must be good in client handling escalation handling.**

**Role & responsibilities**
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional

customer service Understanding clients & meet them if required.
- Coordinating with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients
- Preparing reports and presentations as and when required
- Handling client queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with

innovative and effective solutions
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1-4 years of experience in client servicing in an advertising agency, media ,aviation ,

hotels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of advertising industry trends and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of additional languages is a plus

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
