**Profile: Client Servicing Executive (Interior Designer)**
**Salary: 30000 to 40000**
**Location: Jaunapur, New Delhi**
**6 days Working**
**10:30 AM to 7:30 PM**
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and acting as the main point of contact. Build rapport and trust with clients to enhance customer loyalty._
- Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective and timely communication. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing appropriate solutions and guidance._
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts and projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Monitor client satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and develop strategies to maximize client retention._
- Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Analyze client data and market trends to identify potential areas for improvement or new services to offer._
- Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Participate in the development of sales proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations. Contribute to the growth of existing accounts through upselling and expanding service offerings._
- Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve client issues, conflicts, or escalations. Work closely with internal teams to investigate and rectify problems, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention._
- Client Reporting: Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, such as client satisfaction, revenue growth, and account profitability. Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis._
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Share relevant information with clients to demonstrate industry expertise and provide value-added insights._
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development, to align strategies, share client feedback, and optimize client experience._
- Customer Success: Ensure the long-term success of clients by actively monitoring their progress and results. Offer guidance, training, and support to help clients derive maximum value from products or services._

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
