We are seeking a Client Service Executive to join our dynamic team in the signage industry. As a Client Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and coordinating with various departments to deliver high-quality signage solutions. This position is crucial in driving the success and growth of our business in the signage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. & understand clients' needs, preferences, and objectives to provide personalized service.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the accurate and timely execution of signage projects. Monitor project progress and keep clients informed throughout the process.
- Prepare and provide clients with detailed quotes and estimates for signage projects. Negotiate terms and pricing as necessary.
- Assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base. Support sales efforts by presenting our signage solutions to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, projects, and agreements. Generate reports on client accounts and project status.
- Ensure the delivered signage meets quality standards and client expectations.

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in **Signage Industry**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of the signage industry, materials, and production processes is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
