**Job Title**: Sales Executive - RTO & Logistics Coordination

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a Sales Executive with experience in logistics or delivery coordination to handle RTO (Return to Origin) customer interactions. This role involves reaching out to customers to resolve delivery issues, promote our products, and work closely with logistics partners to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **RTO Customer Handling** - Make outbound calls to customers whose orders were returned (RTO) to understand reasons, address concerns, and attempt order recovery.
- **Logistics Coordination** - Interact directly with logistics providers to resolve shipping and delivery challenges and ensure timely re-dispatch or resolution.
- **Sales and Upselling** - Convert RTO calls into successful sales, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and promote relevant products.
- **Customer Inquiry Support** - Handle customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and resolve complaints.
- **CRM Maintenance** - Keep accurate and updated records in the CRM for all customer and logistics interactions.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales or logistics coordination, preferably in B2C ecommerce.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, particularly shipment and delivery.
- Proven track record in sales and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a logistics or delivery company is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
