Customer Care Executive

**Communication & Coordination**:
- Handle rectification requests from branches, customers, and advisors through daily coordination with Customer Service and Data Center teams.
- Respond to queries regarding commission discrepancies or data not reflecting on panels.
- **Staff Training & Onboarding**:
- Train and support new team members on daily operations and role responsibilities.
- **Maturity & Closure Management**:
- Maintain upcoming maturity schedules and share updates with relevant teams.
- Manage queries related to pre-closure, pre-maturity, and maturity calculations for customers and advisors.
- Coordinate death case processing, including maturity/withdrawal calculations and verification with the Legal Department.
- **Data & Software Maintenance**:
- Update and verify pre-closure and rectification data weekly, including Cadre ID updates in the system.
- Collaborate with the IT Department to update software with new products and revised rates.
- **Reporting & Records Management**:
- Prepare and verify monthly business reports to identify and correct discrepancies before commission processing.
- Download and compile reports for senior management as needed.
- Maintain yearly circular records and points for compliance and tracking.
- **Financial Operations Support**:
- Process and communicate bonus calculations and commission-related information.
- Handle requests related to interest certificates and interest calculations for branches and customers.
Manage share cancellations and sanction processing
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational software.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
